Volunteer opportunities at Elger Bay Elementary!
Be part of your child's education and have a great time too!
There are many volunteer opportunities at Elger Bay Elementary. If you would like to volunteer in the classroom, at special events or anywhere else working with students, you need to fill out and submit a Volunteer Application form. You may read/print these forms at the link below or stop by the Elger Bay office or the District office. HIB training, for the prevention of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying, is required YEARLY for all SCSD staff and volunteers.
Visit the district Volunteer site to print forms and see detailed information.
Check with your child’s teacher for volunteer opportunities in the classroom. These may include reading with students, helping students with their work, copying, craft and other special projects, etc.

At Home Volunteers:
Teachers often have projects that can be done at home. These may be cutting, craft projects, or making goodies! Check with your child’s teacher.
